Job Summary
Responsible for safely transporting company personnel, clients, documents, and other authorized items to designated locations. The Driver must ensure that the assigned vehicle is clean, properly maintained, and ready for daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely transport authorized personnel, clients, documents, or items.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions.
- Observe traffic laws, company policies, and road safety procedures.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Monitor fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and other basic vehicle components.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, violations, or unusual incidents immediately.
- Maintain accurate trip tickets, mileage records, fuel receipts, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with the supervisor regarding schedules, destinations, and changes in assignments.
- Assist passengers and handle transported items properly when necessary.
- Keep all company and client information confidential.
- Perform other driver-related duties assigned by the company or client.
