Job Summary
Responsible for promoting the company’s products or services, visiting assigned areas, assisting customers, and achieving daily or monthly sales targets through field activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Visit assigned areas, stores, businesses, or prospective customers.
- Introduce and promote the company’s products or services.
- Explain product features, prices, promotions, and payment terms clearly.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Look for new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Receive and properly record customer orders and inquiries.
- Submit daily activity, sales, and collection reports when required.
- Follow assigned routes and field schedules.
- Assist in collecting payments or documents when authorized.
- Handle customer information and company records confidentially.
- Observe traffic laws and road safety procedures.
- Perform other sales-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
